Degree Program Management (SGM)

We coordinate the degree programs in Division III (Mechanical and Electrical Engineering), support those responsible and the teaching staff in the institutes, and work closely with the deans of studies.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Degree program coordination and management
• Organisation of study committee meetings
• Mapping of study programs in Campus, advising and training of institutes
• Module coordination
• Course coordination
• Examination coordination
• Permission coordination
• Faculty coordination
• Coordination and creation of module handbooks
• Coordination of admission procedures
• Collection of statistical data on degree programmes
• Coordination of capacity calculations for our degree programs
• Coordination of course evaluations for our degree programs 
• Coordination of the KIT Plus procedure for our degree programs
• Participation in the further development of degree programs
